FAA compliance

FlyNowJets is an independent charter broker, not an FAA-certificated air carrier. For U.S. charter flights, flight operations are performed by independent operators holding applicable FAA Part 135 certification and operating authorization. International flights require the appropriate authorizations under applicable aviation regulations.

Safety standards

Every proposed flight remains subject to operator validation of aircraft, crew, conditions, airports and regulatory requirements. Aircraft category examples shown on the website are illustrative and not commitments.

Operator vetting

We seek to source quotations from appropriately authorized operators and verify relevant credentials before presenting flight arrangements. No particular operator or flight is guaranteed by submitting the quote form.
